Handmade & Made-To-Order
Every Gravepots piece is handmade and made to order. We do not hold ready-made inventory — production for your pot begins after your order is placed. Because each item is individually sculpted, fired, and hand-painted, please allow time for both production and delivery.
Processing & Delivery Timeframe
Please allow time from your order date for your pot to be crafted, finished, and delivered, as each piece is made by hand, one at a time. The estimated timeframe is shown before purchase and reflects the handmade, made-to-order nature of every piece. Production begins after your order is confirmed.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Please ensure your email and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout.
Where We Ship
Shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is available there, we ship to you.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a short time for tracking to update after dispatch. If you do not see your confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us through the details provided on our website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, you may choose reshipment (additional shipping cost may apply) or a refund for the product price only, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Carrier tracking serves as confirmation of shipment and delivery status. If a parcel is held or delayed by the carrier for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve it within the carrier's stated timeframe.
Fragile Items
Our pots are ceramic and are carefully packaged to protect them in transit. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refer to the Damaged in Transit section of our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required evidence.
Delays
While we work hard to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays outside our control (carrier issues, high demand, weather) may occur. Delivery taking the expected, stated time is not grounds for a refund. We appreciate your patience — every piece is worth the wait.
